Cancellations
& Late Arrivals
We require a 24-hour change and cancellation notice for all spa treatments and packages. As all services are guaranteed and specifically reserved for you, full payment is required for:
• No show or missed appointments
• Appointment time changes with less than 24-hour notice.
Kindly be advised that arriving late for your scheduled service will inconvenience other guests, and may require the therapist to shorten the time of your treatment, with full charges being applied. We regret it is not possible that late arrivals receive an extension of scheduled appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies.

Hydrating Body Wrap
An invigorating lavender salt scrub prepares your body for the intense hydration of our signature body wrap. Skin is emulsified with nourishing colloidal oats, whey, arrowroot, and milk and then wrapped to soak in the deep hydration. The treatment concludes with an aromatic wash of coconut milk, buttermilk, cream, and yogurt and a massage with deeply healing goat milk body cream, rich in almond oil, grape seed oil, and rosemary leaf.
